Peter Spink, Director of Spiere, is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

He has been operating Spiere since 1996 and prior to that gained a wide range of experience in private practice and local government where he reached chief officer status on a Councils management team and also worked for a few  years in the Middle East.
